A Long-eared Owl on the hunt for small mammals through the long meadow grass.
Thanks to Mark for the directions, thanks to Ian who had been that way previously and did the driving, a good long long (yes two longs as it was a LONG) drive due to not one but two motorway incidents, one on each leg of the journey !!!
Ian and his brother meeting up with Peter, all had got some very good images and I thought after a year it was about time I joined them to see what it was all about. To be honest as much as a few LEO images would not go amiss, I was particularly interested in getting some stoat shots in some very photogenic settings, Ian’s brother having bagged some last year when out and about in the area.
